Getting Started
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to allow us to see if we are a good match. If not, I will suggest another mental health professional who might be a better fit.
Appointments
Individual sessions are 60 minutes in duration. I will meet you in the lobby of my Charlotte, North Carolina office at your appointment time.
Scheduling and Cost
I schedule all appointments, and will hold your appointment time specifically for you. If you must cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.
Session fee is $200 per 60 minute session.
I am an out-of-network provider and therefore unable to file with insurance. I happily provide superbills upon request. HSA cards are also accepted (a processing fee may be added).
“No Surprises Act: Under the law, health care providers must give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.”
There are no additional charges associated with referrals, emails, initial phone consultations, or release of records.
